Course Duration:

Study Course : 3 Months (24 lesson)
Time : 2.00 pm - 5.30 pm
Lesson Day : Saturday and Sunday

Course Objectives:

Students will learn more varieties of the baking as well as understanding the basis method and formula to produce quality food results. It Is Theory and Practical classes with lots of hands on experience. No prior baking knowledge is required and our aim is to ensure that students have confidence in the baking field.

Rich Chocolate : Chocolate Devil Cake, Chocolate Torte Cake, Chocolate Sugee Cake

Swiss Roll : Feather Roll, Farm Cow Roll, Tiger Roll, Sushi Roll

Mousse Cake : Chocolate Mousse, Cream Cheese Mousse, Strawberry Mousse

Cheese Cake : Bake Lemon Cheese Cake, Bake Toffee Cheese Cake, Chocolate Cheese Cake
